People with limited mobility face additional challenges when it comes to curved stairs, spiral stairs or stairs with multiple landings. The Harmar CSL500 Helix Curved Stair Lift offers a safe and convenient solution. This system installs directly to the floor and stairs in as little as a few hours and requires no major home renovations. Custom color and fabric selections are available so that you can create the perfect match to your own personal home decor.
The Harmar CSL500 Helix Curved Stair Lift features an ergonomically designed seat and armrests with premium upholstery for your convenience and comfort. The space saving design hugs the staircase closely, leaving plenty of room on the stairs for other users. With a 330 pound weight capacity, the rack and pinion gear system will move you gently and effortlessly up and down the stairs at a speed of 20 feet per minute. Fold-up armrests and manual swivel seat make getting onto and off of the list safe and easy for your convenience.
The Harmar CSL500 Helix Curved Stair Lift is made in the USA. Versatile rail options allow this system to be installed on either side of the stairwell, while controls in the armrest can be placed on either the left or right side. A self retracting seat belt adds safety as does the easy-to-reach emergency stop button on the side. This system is powered by a rechargeable 24V DC Battery which gives an average of 10 round trips per charge so that it can continue to be used even if there is a power outage.
Pretty Attractive for a Stairlift
It was a tough decision when trying to figure out which company to go with. However, Harmar seemed to have the higher quality stairlifts at a little better of a price. Also, they don't look as ugly as some of the others that we were shown.

We did have some issues up front, but they were quickly resolved and didn't hinder the use at all. It's been great ever since.
