The Phoenix HD 3 combines a heavy duty weight capacity with the maneuverability of a smaller scooter, and easily disassembles into four easy to carry pieces.
Quality mobility scooters with a low price tag and good weight capacity are difficult to find, which is why we love the Phoenix HD 3 mobility scooter from Drive Medical. This 3 wheeled mobility scooter offers a great value, with an exceptional range and easy to transport package. With the heaviest component weighing in at only 32 lbs, it's easy to fold and go. This mobility scooter is great for those that love to travel or bring their mobility scooters to go shopping. The Phoenix HD 3 has a wonderful turning radius that makes it super simple to navigate the tightest areas of your home or grocery store. With the included basket, it makes it easy to go shopping or a convenient place to store a purse while out and about.
Perhaps one of the neatest features of the Phoenix HD 3 Mobility Scooter are the interchangeable color panels which allow you to change the look of your scooter quickly and easily. With a weight capacity of 350 pounds, a top speed of 4 MPH and a driving range of 15 miles, this scooter is designed mostly for indoor use. The three wheel configuration allows for easier navigation around furniture or other obstacles, and the narrow 22.5" width is unobtrusive in places such as shopping centers. Users with limited strength or dexterity will appreciate the finger-pull throttle,
Drive Medical has also given attention to safety and comfort. The anti-tip wheels, headlight and easy to read center console will help keep you safe while operating your scooter. The height adjustable seat, width adjustable arm rests and fully adjustable tiller make it comfortable for nearly any user. A convenient carrying basket attached to the front of the scooter provides you a place to keep personal belongings as well as the ability to carry items while keeping your hands free for steering.

Very good investment
Pros & Cons
What a GREAT little scooter
In my opinion, the Phoenix is a good buy for the price. You get your mobility and a little freedom back and it's something that can get you around your home or the store.
Pros & Cons
Did what needed to be done
I second what the guy below said
Not sure who these were designed for, but this website needs to have a height requirement listed in the specs. I'm a little taller than Dave, but still didn't realize that it was going to be such a problem.
Pros & Cons
Where are my feet supposed to go???
I'm 5'10" and have no room for my feet on this thing! It's cramped as all get out and unbelievably hard to maneuver with your knees against the basket. I think I'm about average height, how are the rest of you using this???
I feel like a clown in a clown car when I ride this thing.
