Better than my last phone
My last phone dropped calls constantly, but the gusto seems to do pretty well even in the house. I'm nowhere near a verizon tower, but still manage to get a pretty good signal with this phone.
Better quality than the motorola or lg phones I had previously.
Good call quality, but flimsy parts
Overall it's got a pretty good call quality. I haven't dropped nearly as many calls with this phone as I have with my previous phones. The battery cover and display feel kind of cheap. I've dropped the phone a couple times and it just seems to burst to pieces. The battery cover flies off and the battery goes across the room. It's still working though!
The screen images aren't exactly sharp and I can't tell if the camera is really bad or if it's just the quality of the screen.
Good for a basic phone, bad for added features.
It's not the quality that I expected
I've owned samsung products almost religiously for years. I've never had a single problem worth mentioning until now. It really seems like samsung or verizon or possibly both are trying to push consumers into the smartphone market with these cheaper made phones.
I DONT WANT A SMARTPHONE, I DONT NEED A SMARTPHONE, AINT GONNA BUY A SMARTPHONE
